    General Terms and Conditions for Purchasing Meet & Greet Services from Airporteo

    1. Overview
    This document outlines the terms and conditions for purchasing Meet & Greet services Airporteo provides at selected airports. Customers fully accept these terms and conditions by purchasing a Meet & Greet service. Prices are set based on official rates; no alternative pricing will be accommodated.

    2. Purchasing the Service
    Customers may request Meet & Greet services through the Airporteo website or other approved payment channels. Meet & Greet services include Fast Track access at participating airports, subject to the respective security and checkpoint regulations.

    Priority access does not exempt customers from following security protocols, which apply to all airport checkpoints. Pricing is determined by the number of users in each group and follows Airporteo’s official rate structure. The invoice will provide detailed pricing, and you may be eligible for promotions or discounts. All prices are in U.S. dollars and include VAT. Charges apply per group and vary by the number of people included in the service.

    • Once a purchase is completed, Airporteo will confirm the service details with the customer.
    • Services are valid for up to six (6) months from the purchase date.
    • Depending on the airport, bookings should be made at least 24 to 72 hours before the flight.
    • Cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
    • The service duration is generally limited to three hours, and attempts to use the service outside specified hours will be invalid.

    The resale of services is prohibited, and Airporteo is not liable for fraudulent use of service confirmations. To request information online, customers must provide essential details (such as full name, email, contact number, service date and time, and airport), without which the request cannot proceed. Upon submitting the request, customers receive a confirmation email with a reference number.

    Bookings are non-transferable to other individuals or airports and are only valid for the specified dates, prices, VIP lounges, terminals, and airports. Customers may withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 calendar days, provided the service has not been used or booked. Refunds for withdrawal will be processed using the original payment method. Customers should send a clear request via email to info@airporteo.com to initiate a withdrawal.

    3. The Service
    The pre-booked service includes guided assistance and accompaniment through the airport by a Meet & Greet agent. Customers may select Meet & Greet services at any participating airport and should confirm their flight terminal to ensure proper service selection.

    Customers are responsible for arriving at the airport within the time recommended by their airline and checking airport information displays. Airporteo is not liable for missed flights due to customer delays or unrelated circumstances. In such cases, Meet & Greet services charges will not be refunded.

    Upon arrival, passengers will meet their assigned agent at the agreed location—whether the boarding gate, arrivals lounge, or Meet & Greet information point. The agent will display the customer’s name on a tablet for easy identification. Due to potential last-minute gate changes, passengers should contact Airporteo’s Meet & Greet phone number if they cannot locate their agent at the designated spot. Failure to meet the agent or contact Airporteo as agreed will be considered a “no-show” and may result in a full booking charge.

    Providing a contact number during booking is required. Airporteo is not liable for services that cannot be completed if the agent cannot reach the customer or if the customer fails to arrive at the agreed meeting location at the scheduled time.

    4. Additional Terms
    Airporteo reserves the right to hold customers accountable for misuse of the Meet & Greet service or failure to follow these terms. Customers are responsible for any improper, partial, or incorrect use of the service, including if a third party uses it on their behalf.

    Airporteo is not liable for service interruptions, inaccessibility, or operational issues caused by telecommunications or third-party services. Disputes arising from these terms are subject to the jurisdiction of Wyoming, USA, except where alternative jurisdiction is required by law.

    Airporteo may modify the list of participating airports and update service rates as needed for operational purposes.
