    Acceptance of Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) by accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you disagree with these Terms, you may not use our Services.

    Important notice.

    Airporteo services may not be utilized to circumvent or evade mandatory official procedures during the passenger handling process, including, but not limited to, passport control, passenger screening, or customs clearance.
    The immigration and customs areas function autonomously and adhere to their respective regulations, which must be adhered to by all individuals. Passengers are responsible for carrying and handling their documents and personal belongings while within these areas.
    The Airporteo Team assumes no responsibility for the decisions of the airline or immigration authorities. Because of the dynamic nature of service availability and airport regulations, our representatives can offer expedited guidance within the airport premises only if the relevant airport officials are authorized.
    Customers utilizing Airporteo services are solely responsible for any Value Added Tax (VAT) or similar taxes that may be applicable based on the location of the provided service.

    Service Description

    Our Services include VIP assistance, meet-and-greet, and porter services at various airports worldwide. These services may include expedited check-in, baggage handling, dedicated security screening, access to lounges, escort services, and other related services.
    The Services Airporteo offers are facilitated by third-party organizations (“Suppliers”). Certain airports may have their own specific rules and policies in place. By utilizing Airporteo Services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these specific rules and policies imposed by the respective airports.

    Service Availability

    Our Services are subject to availability and may vary based on the airport, airline, and other factors beyond our control. We strive to provide accurate information about our services’ availability, but we do not always guarantee it.

    Booking and Payment

    Booking: To be able to use our Services, you’ll need to book through our website or contact our customer support team. By booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
    The booking made on Airporteo is non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another person or entity.
    Payment: The prices for our Services are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. You agree to pay the specified amount for the Services you book. Payments can be made using the accepted payment methods mentioned on our website.

    Changes to Booking, Cancellations and Refunds

    The customer is responsible for furnishing Airporteo with all the required information and providing it in time to coordinate and deliver the service. It will only be eligible for refunds if the service can be fulfilled due to accurate or complete information or information provided outside the required time frames.

    Changes to Bookings: If you need to change your booking, such as changing the date, time, or airport, please contact our customer support team. Changes are subject to availability. Modifications made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to additional fees of up to 100% of the total booking value.

    Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable. Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Some airports have special and/or unique cancellation rules.     In the event of a no-show, the full-service fee will be charged.

    Refunds: Refunds are subject to our refund policy, which may vary depending on the circumstances of the cancellation. We reserve the right to determine the refund amount or whether a refund will be issued. A processing fee of 4% will be applied to all refund transactions and deducted from the refund amount.

    Liability

    Limitation of Liability: We strive to provide high-quality Services, but we cannot guarantee their performance, timeliness, or accuracy due to factors beyond our control. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services.

    Airporteo is not liable for lost or missing bags. Passengers are solely responsible for verifying and claiming their luggage at the designated belt with the porter’s assistance.

    Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or any violation of these Terms.

    Complaints Procedure

    If you have any complaints regarding the services provided by us or our suppliers, you must notify us promptly. Please email the details of your complaint to info@airporteo.com within ten days from the service date. Upon receiving your complaint, we will promptly acknowledge the receipt and strive to provide you with a detailed response within seven calendar days.

    While we make every effort to adhere to these response timeframes, there may be instances when we cannot. If such situations arise, we will inform you about the progress of your complaint.
    Please note that we reserve the right to record any telephone or internet messenger (Whatsapp, Viber, Telegram, etc.) conversation with you. These recordings may be used for training purposes and/or to resolve any complaint or dispute that may arise.

    Privacy

    We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling personal information following applicable data protection laws.     Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State of Wyoming, USA courts.
